5 Top Performer - Standing Ovation

Viewed as a role model; reserved for the highest level of performance. Consistently exceeds expectations and consistently delivers beyond the goals of the role. 

4 Stellar Performer - Wow

Exceptional contributor who consistently meets and often exceeds job expectations. Performs above the set standards and demonstrates initiative.

3 Successful Performer - Yay

Performance fully meets the established job expectations and may have periodically exceeded expectations. Contributes positively to the success of the organization.

2 Inconsistent Performer – Requires Development

Performance does not consistently meet expectations that are appropriate for the position. Additional direction and support are needed.

1 Underperformer – Requires Immediate Action

Overall performance does not meet specified criteria. Often requires supervision, redirection, and/or re-instruction.
