Department in Gold Top 5 = 5 points
Department Above Property Composite and Above Goal = 4 points
Department Above Property Composite, Positive Shift but Below 2% goal = 3 points
Department Below Property Composite, Positive Shift but Below 2% goal = 2 points
Department Below Property Composite and Negative Shift = 1 point

Property Composite: >= 4% (score 5), >=3% and <4% (score 4), >=2% and <3% (score 3), >0% and <2% (score 2), <=0% (score 1) 

Recognition Points

For Hourly Supervisors & Below Levels:

If team member has 0 – 1.5 attendance points – award 3 points. 

If team member has 2 – 5 attendance points – award 2 points. 

If team member has over 5 attendance points – award 0 points.  

Additionally, if the team member was nominated for an Extra Miler/Super Miler they will receive 1 point and if the win they will receive 1 point for the nomination and 1 point for winning.

Managers of people who see the team member doing something great have flexilbity to award up to 2 points in recognition and must put in comments why they awarded the 2 points. If a TM has a «2» in general category than no discretionary points allowed.

ALL FE Supervisors and Manager will receive 5 points for recognition unless on a PIP or FINAL or received a 2 in any of the general categories award 0. If on a Written Warning award 3.

All others: 

All others automatically receive 3 points for recognition.
